Hwa Heng Beef Noodle aims to grow into a century-old brand that stays true to its heritage while evolving with the times. We strive to serve consistently good beef noodles, build a strong halal and non-halal network, nurture our people, and become a household name across Singapore and the region – where every bowl feels familiar, comforting and worth coming back for.

Our team

Behind every bowl of Hwa Heng Beef Noodle is a team that believes in doing things properly, not quickly.

Our team brings together

• heritage keepers who learned directly from the old masters, and

• a new generation of F&B professionals who focus on consistency, hygiene, service and systems.
  

From the central kitchen to each outlet, our chefs carefully control the soup, sauce and ingredients, while our front-line crew focus on warm, sincere service.

Whether it’s traditional Hwa Heng or our halal brand Hai Ge Ji, everyone in the team shares one simple goal:
to make sure every customer leaves feeling full, satisfied and cared for.

团队结合了：

• 亲自从老师傅手中学艺的传统传承者，以及

• 懂得系统管理、卫生标准与服务细节的新一代餐饮专业团队。
  

每一家分店，后厨师傅严谨把关汤头、酱料和食材，前线同事则用真诚、亲切的服务迎接每一位客人。

无论是传统的 华兴牛肉粉，还是清真品牌 「嗨歌记牛肉粉」（Hai Ge Ji Beef Noodle），全体团队只有一个共同目标：
让每一位上门的客人，吃得满足、感到被重视，愿意再次回来。
